Juan F. Rivera, Jr. has more than 30 years of experience providing auditing, accounting, corporate and individual income tax and advisory services for a range of clients including not-for-profit organizations, closely held businesses and professional service organizations. He has been a partner of the firm since 1987. His experience has been in the construction industry, trust and estates, real estate companies, wholesale distributors of spirits, not-for-profit, duty-free stores and professional service industries.

Mr. Rivera has successfully served large and medium-sized closely held companies. In addition to his auditing and accounting experience, Mr. Rivera has been extensively involved with corporate and transactional tax planning, resolution of IRS matters, optimization of individual tax positions, and tax compliance for clients across a broad range of industries.
